1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OnlyCircle.vip (“OnlyCircle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use OnlyCircle.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OnlyCircle.
• By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• You may not use the Platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

• To access creator or subscriber features, you must create an account on www.onlycircle.vip

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• OnlyCircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations.

4. Creator and Fan Accounts

• Creators may upload and share photos, videos, and other content with their subscribers (“Fans”).
• Fans may purchase access to creators’ content through subscriptions, tips, or pay-per-view (PPV) posts.
• By using OnlyCircle, all users agree to follow our Community Guidelines and Creator Agreement.

5. Payment & Revenue Sharing

• Payments on OnlyCircle are processed securely through Stripe and other authorized payment providers.
• Creators earn 80% of revenue generated from their content.
• OnlyCircle retains a 20% platform fee to cover payment processing, hosting, and operational costs.
• All transactions are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified unauthorized charges or technical errors.
• Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Creators retain full ownership of their uploaded content.
• By uploading content to OnlyCircle, Creators grant the Platform a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote their content for Platform operation and marketing.
• Fans are granted limited access to view and download purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of a Creator’s content outside OnlyCircle is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload, post, or engage in:

• Content involving minors (under 18) or non-consensual activity
• Violence, exploitation, or illegal acts
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Spam, fraud, or deceptive activity
• Sharing of private or identifying information without consent

OnlyCircle enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal or non-consensual content and will cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.

8. Subscription Terms

• All subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days, unless canceled by the subscriber.
• Users can cancel anytime under Billing in their account settings.
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Subscriptions and digital purchases are non-refundable once processed.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content, branding, graphics, and functionality (except user-generated content) are owned by OnlyCircle.vip and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission from OnlyCircle.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of OnlyCircle is also governed by our Privacy Policy
, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

11. Termination of Accounts

OnlyCircle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violating these Terms or the Creator Agreement
• Engaging in illegal or harmful activity
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents

You may also close your account at any time under your profile settings.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OnlyCircle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or uninterrupted access.
OnlyCircle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyCircle and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or goodwill
• Any claims arising from user content, unauthorized access, or third-party actions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyCircle, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Any infringement or misconduct related to your content or behavior

15. Changes to Terms

OnlyCircle may update or modify these Terms at any time.
 Revised versions will be posted on www.onlycircle.vip
and take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arkansas, USA.
