🔐 Account & Verification
Q: How do I create an account on OnlyCircle?
A: Visit www.onlycircle.vip
and click Sign Up. Enter your email, choose a password, and verify your account through the confirmation link we send to your inbox.
Q: I’m a creator — how do I get verified?
A: To ensure a safe and compliant environment, all creators must verify their identity by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Approvals typically take 24–48 hours.
Q: I forgot my password — how can I reset it?
A: Go to the login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your email and we’ll send you a secure reset link.
💳 Payments & Earnings
Q: How do creators earn money?
A: Creators earn from subscriptions, tips, and paid messages.
OnlyCircle pays creators 80% of all revenue, while the platform retains a 20% fee to cover hosting, payment processing, and moderation.
Q: When do creators get paid?
A: Payouts are processed weekly (or on your chosen schedule) through the Creator Dashboard. Make sure your payout info is correct before your scheduled payout date.
Q: What payout options are supported?
A: Currently, OnlyCircle supports Stripe, bank transfers, and digital wallets (availability depends on your country).
Q: Are creators responsible for taxes?
A: Yes. You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. You can view and download earnings statements directly from your dashboard for tax purposes.
💎 Subscriptions & Fan Accounts
Q: How do subscriptions work?
A: Fans can subscribe to their favorite creators using coins or direct payment. Subscribers get access to exclusive posts, videos, and private updates.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes! You can cancel anytime under Billing in your account settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Q: Do subscriptions auto-renew?
A: Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days if you have available coins or a valid payment method.
Q: Are refunds available?
A: All sales on OnlyCircle are final. Refunds are only issued in limited cases such as verified unauthorized charges or system errors.
🎥 Content & Posting
Q: What type of content can creators post?
A: Creators can share photos, videos, text updates, and pay-per-view (PPV) messages. All content must follow our Creator Agreement and comply with laws and community standards.
Q: Is adult or NSFW content allowed?
A: Yes — adult content is permitted, provided that it is legal, consensual, and verified. Content involving minors, exploitation, or violence is strictly prohibited.
Q: Can I schedule posts?
A: Yes. Use the Post Scheduler in your creator dashboard to automatically publish content at a specific date and time.
Q: Can creators message fans directly?
A: Absolutely. Creators can chat privately with subscribers, send exclusive media, and offer pay-to-view messages.

Q: My photo or video won’t upload — what can I do?
A: Check your internet connection, ensure your file meets size and format requirements, and refresh the page. If issues continue, contact support@onlycircle.vip

Q: Is my information secure on OnlyCircle?
A: Yes. We take privacy seriously. All sensitive data is encrypted and handled through secure, verified payment processors.
Q: Can I delete my account?
A: Yes. You can close your account anytime by visiting your profile settings and selecting Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent.
